Embrace Christmas, Sunset Walk and Wine!

Sharon and Katrina would love to have you join them to celebrate a year that has been full of excitment with Women Embrace Adventure. We'll walk and talk along the foreshore from Speers point to Warners Bay and back. It is an easy 7Km circuit with Katrina and Sharon leading the way. ​ On our way back, we'll stop at Pippi's at the Point for a Christmas drink. We hope to see many of the amazing women who have joined us on one or more of our adventures during 2018 there to celebrate with us.

Meeting point: Sal's By the Lake. 15 Park Road, Speers Point, NSW. Meet us on Thursday the 20th December at 5:30pm.

About the Event: We walk then we Wine! We walk along shared footpaths that hug the lake foreshore for its entirety. This walk is all about getting outdoors and connecting with other amazing women like yourself. The walk should take approximately 1 hour 15 mins and we will finish at Pippi's at the Point for a well deserved Christmas Drink with our fellow Embracees.

Cost: $10 - includes a Christmas drink as you arrive at Pippi's .

​ I haven’t done this before, will I be fit enough? This walk covers easy levels of terrain and is all flat and paved footpaths. We recommend having a moderate level of fitness so you can enjoy your surroundings.  No one gets left behind, with 2 guides we will have one at the front and one at the end to support all walkers.  If in doubt, we always suggest you check with your doctor prior to starting a new physical activity. Your hosts are first aid qualified. ​

Do I need to bring anything with me? Just make sure you wear a pair of joggers or hiking boots, and bring along a water bottle and a hat and sunscreen. We'll bring a first aid kit - not that we have ever used it.

What if I don’t have anyone to go with? No problem at all, there are 2 Women Embrace Adventure hosts to make sure everyone is introduced to each other before we set off. By the end of the afternoon we are sure you would have found some new friends. ​

What if I don't drink wine? Not a problem, we will accomodate the order to fit your needs.
