WEA is committed to your privacy. We receive your personal information when you make a booking, or if your booking is made by another Participant, when you provide us with this information via email or in-person prior to your participation in an adventure, or when you provide personal information to us in another way. We use this information for any purpose associated with providing an adventure. We may periodically send you promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting. You may notify us via email or by unsubscribing if you do not wish to receive promotional emails. You may ask us to correct any of your personal information by contacting us at info@womenembraceadventure.com.au .

Storage and Disclosure

Your information is held in the cloud on a secure server using encryption technology. We use Wix to manage our adventure registrations and mailing lists.

We disclose your information to our guides and employees. We will not knowingly share any of your personal information with any third party other than our third-party partners who assist us in providing adventures. Some of our third-party partners are overseas and may not be subject to Australian privacy laws.  Please contact us if this is of concern to you.

Social Media

We use social networking services such as Facebook and Instagram to communicate with the public about our work. When you communicate with us using these services we may collect your personal information, but we only use it to help us to communicate with you and the public. The social networking service will also handle your personal information for its own purposes.
